My role is to develop my business, not spend hours on the phone dealing with the likes of Openreach. With Nine I feel I’ve got an extra 120 people on my team to take away the pain.

We often get ‘poached’ by suppliers promising us better rates but it’s not all about cost – it’s about service, and if there is a better customer service team out there, I’ll eat my hat!
